Why care about a Porsche 993 Supercup racer that never competed in the Supercup? For starters, this one was driven by both Hurley Haywood and Dave Murry.
Specifically, this Porsche was used by Bridgestone to promote its then-new Potenza S-02 tire. The two drivers Haywood and Murry gave track rides in this very car.
Both largely original and offered in like-new condition, this 993 Supercup car is reported to be the only 1995 model to be imported into the United States.
Those who participated in our most recent Orange Blossom Tour might recognize this car, as it was one of many iconic machines that tour participants got to see up close during a visit to AJR Restorations.
