Upgrading a classic car doesn’t always mean increasing horsepower. Take, for example, this Series 1 E-type. Instead of chasing big power, the Jaguar was modified to improve drivability.
In addition to a Retro Air Conditioning system, the Jaguar has been upgraded with a Tremec five-speed gearbox, aluminum radiator with electric fan, electronic ignition, a gear reduction starter and more.
Some originality does remain as the car retains its numbers-matching cylinder head and engine block.
