A Jaguar made for driving? The first owner of this Series I XJ6 was none other than Nancy Sinatra.
During Sinatra’s ownership, the car was reportedly repainted light green metallic, and its wheels were replaced with those from a Series II XJ6.
The XJ6 was later acquired by its second owner in 1976, who would care for it for over 40 years.
During those 40 years, the Jaguar received an engine overhaul in 1991 and was repainted its original shade of British Racing Green.
Today, the Jaguar shows just 29,000 miles and has recently had its door cards and carpets retrimmed.
Find this 1971 Jaguar XJ6 Series 1 for auction from H&H Classics with an estimated value of £10,000-£12,000, or approximately $12,920-$ 15,504.
