There's the Mk 1 Coupe, and then there's the later 2+2. I'm with you on the 2+2 Don, the back of the roof and the rear quarter windows are too high and rounded, but I think the original lines of the Mk 1 Coupe work much better. Looking at this one from both angles, there's an issue with its stance, it seems to be sitting a little high in back over fat tires, but the one that slithered past me at a British car show in Virginia last fall was just a big piece of "Oh, yeah!" Maybe the low, thin, elegant wrap-around bumpers help, and this one is missing them in addition to the jacked-up rear end. Maybe they just come across better in person than in photos.
