It's wore off pretty bad, but these are the shocks on the back of the Corvair. Looks like a crown on a set of wings?

If they aren't leaking they are probably good. Take them off, smash them all the way compressed and turn to adjust. Right is tight, left is lose as I remember. Not bad for the rears, but the fronts are a bit of a pain.
I have a set of those that are old and leaky. I believe they were Blake at OTTO parts (big Corvair performance parts supplier back in the day) personal ones that he didn't want anymore (he was only selling KYB's or something at that point). I already have new ones but I would kind of like to have the old one rebuilt with external adjusters. I think they can do that for old ones since they don't make that style for Corvairs.
contact Lee Grimes at Koni ( I think he's occasionally on here ) … if it can be done, he can get it done for you … great guy

Okay, that's just creepy. I couldn't even tell there was something there, and still have to look hard to see it even knowing that it IS there. And you guys nailed it and found backup images to prove it well inside of ten minutes.
Never underestimate the GRM Hivemind!
