Many of us have dreamed about the Ferrari F40 since its 1987 unveiling.
But, through the end of the model run in 1992, just 213 cars were sent stateside. One of those machines–a 1992 Ferrari F40 carrying chassis number 92978–will be offered by RM Sotheby’s at their upcoming Amelia Island sale.
The odometer displays just 12,759 miles, and the car is billed as recently serviced. Of course, yes, it’s red.
Estimate is $1.2 to $1.4 million. Looks like values are digging out of their dip. Any guesses to the final price for this one?
